The service
Sourced turns an OpenAPI specification into SDKs, documentation, MCP server configuration, and release checks. Previews, reports and generated files are for your review before you publish anything.
Accounts
You need an account to upload a specification or use the dashboard. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account and your team.
Your content and outputs
You keep ownership of the specifications, configuration and source files you upload. The SDKs, documentation and other files Sourced generates for your project are yours to use, modify and distribute. You give Sourced the permission it needs to store and process your content to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload secrets you do not intend Sourced to hold; where the service needs an API credential, it is stored encrypted.
Publishing and approvals
Sourced does not publish to a package registry, a Git repository, or a custom domain unless you approve that specific action. You are responsible for reviewing generated code and documentation before you release it to your users.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Previews are free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from the billing page in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing.
If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to your next billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sourced to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to probe or disrupt the service or other users, to distribute malware, or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party services
Sourced connects to services you choose, such as GitHub, npm and PyPI. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
Sourced is provided “as is”. Generated code and documentation can contain errors; compatibility reports reduce that risk but do not remove it. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sourced is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is material, we tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes are heard in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
