Bloom is now Sourced

Bloom is now Sourced.

The product is the same: upload an OpenAPI spec, generate SDK and docs previews, review what is ready, and decide when to connect production publishing or docs hosting. The new name is a better fit for what we are building — a source-of-truth workflow for API teams that want SDKs, docs, examples, and release checks to come from one reliable place.

What changed

  • The public website is moving from trybloom.so to sourced.sh.
  • The product, dashboard, docs, and marketing pages now use the Sourced name.
  • Old Bloom links will continue to work during the migration and redirect to the matching Sourced pages after the cutover is complete.

What did not change

  • Existing accounts and workspaces continue to work.
  • Free users can still generate unlimited SDK and docs previews with no credit card required.
  • Generated artifacts remain downloadable from the dashboard.
  • Stainless migration reports, OpenAPI validation, SDK previews, docs previews, and launch-readiness checks stay part of the same workflow.
  • Payment still starts when a team is ready to go live with production workflows such as repo sync, npm/PyPI publishing, hosted docs, custom domains, and release operations.

Why Sourced

API teams do not need another disconnected generator. They need the source files, generated SDKs, generated docs, examples, quality checks, and release plan to agree before customers install anything.

That is the job Sourced is taking on: make the source of truth useful enough that fast-moving startups can ship a serious developer experience without months of docs and SDK plumbing.

What to do now

If you already use the product, keep using the dashboard as usual. If you are evaluating a migration, start with the Stainless migration path or generate a free preview from the OpenAPI SDK generator.

We will keep the old domain online during the transition so teams have time to update bookmarks, links, and internal docs.
